In the mid-90s I founded my first company — as a student, running an internet provider. Since then I've built, scaled, sold, and sometimes crashed several businesses.

In between: 25+ years in sales — from enterprise deals to building entire sales organizations, as managing director and as coach. I know companies from the inside, not from books. I know what it feels like when operations outgrow structures.

Today I build systems that solve exactly that. I don't just advise — I create solutions that make daily work noticeably easier. And where it's about people rather than process, I work with the team.

Common questions.

What does it cost?
The first call is free. For the pilot you get a fixed price after the process review — so you know exactly what you invest and what you get before we start. Ongoing support can be cancelled monthly.
Is this GDPR-compliant? Where does our data live?
Data protection is built in from the start of every project. Wherever possible I use European servers and GDPR-compliant providers, data flows are documented, and your data is not used to train AI models. We discuss the specific architecture transparently before the project starts — happy to include your data protection officer.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. The systems run on their own and I maintain them. Your team needs no technical background — they simply work with the results: sorted inboxes, ready-made drafts, clear dashboards.
Which tools do you work with?
Whatever fits your company — not the other way around. Frequently used: Make, n8n, Supabase, modern AI models, plus integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and your ERP or CRM. Existing tools stay where they work.
How fast do we see results?
The pilot is deliberately scoped small: typically 2–4 weeks to a running system. You don't get a concept paper after months — you get a working process after weeks.
What happens if the system makes a mistake?
Critical steps get built-in safety nets: unclear cases are automatically routed to a human for review instead of being silently mishandled. Automation doesn't mean losing control — quite the opposite: for the first time, you see what's actually happening in your processes.
